Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Al-Qurain, Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, particularly in crafting exceptional burgers and sauces. This role requires a strong leader who can manage kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality, and ensure efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a diverse menu focused on burgers and accompanying sauces.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Create and refine burger recipes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and purchasing of kitchen supplies.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve their skills and foster a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with management to plan and implement special promotions and events.
- Monitor food costs and help maintain budgetary requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Respond to customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu offerings.
