Depending on applicable law, Applicants may have rights to

  • Who internally may access it;
  • Whether to interview the Applicant;
  • Whether to hire the Applicant;
  • Whether to retain the CV for future vacancies;
  • Whether to transfer information to affiliated companies.

In such circumstances, the Employer may become an independent controller of that information. The Employer’s own privacy policy and applicable employment laws may govern the Employer’s subsequent processing. Minds Invasion LLC does not intend to sell Applicant CVs, KYC documents, passports, National IDs, account credentials, or recruitment information to data brokers as commercial products. Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, eligible users will be provided with an appropriate mechanism.

37. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

  • Subscription services;
  • Product announcements;
  • Employer opportunities;

  • Account security;
  • Job applications;
  • Interview schedules;
  • Employer communications;
  • Offer letters;
  • KYC verification;
  • Subscription administration;
  • Platform operations.

39. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
